Come learn how to blend your own chai!
We'll start with basic background, then show you our favorite ways to blend and brew loose leaf chai. Then you'll get your hands into some spices and create your own blend. We provide the spices, tea, and advice along the way. You'll get to take home your unique blend--keep it for yourself or give to a loved one for the holidays!
Sarah Adams is the Owner & Brewmistress of Chico Chai, a chai microbrewery in Chico, CA. She has been in business since 2004, and is always looking forward to learning more about spices & tea.
